This is an entry-level Loan Officer Associate role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while putting you on a clear path to becoming a fully licensed Loan Officer in just 60 days. You'll make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, spark interest in our mortgage solutions, and work closely with experienced Loan Officers to develop your skills and grow your confidence. Daily dedicated training sessions will prepare you to pass the NMLS exam and launch your career the right way.
We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals with strong communication skills, high energy, and a genuine interest in sales, finance, or real estate. No prior mortgage experience is required, just the drive to succeed and the willingness to put in the work.
