Dorian Ford is looking for a receptionist for our Collision Center to assist customers in receiving excellent service in the auto body and paint repair of their vehicles.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an auto body repair facility.
- Strong Communications and Customer Handling Skills
- Punctual attendance
- Good work ethic and team player.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record Understand title laws and registration process
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Customer Service by scheduling appointments, coordinating repair work, and updating progress of repairs to completion.
- Work with insurance companies and customers to ensure necessary approvals are obtained and payments are accurate.
- Assist in preparing damage estimates using CCC One Workflow Software. Attach photos, notes, and documents as needed.
- Assist with parts management.
- Assist with processing of supplemental damage submissions.
