Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, safety training, and other employee development programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Process payroll, administer benefits, and maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for various manufacturing roles, including production and skilled trades.
• Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols, worker's compensation, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR data management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with HR in a multi-shift or unionized manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industrial safety programs.
