Crew Member
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Crew Member with a focus on carpentry to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be open to extensive travel, supporting various projects across different locations, and will possess basic tool knowledge to assist in carpentry-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters with construction and renovation projects
- Perform general labor duties such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and preparation
- Follow safety protocols and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
- Support with the use of hand and power tools under supervision
- Travel frequently to different job sites as required, maintaining punctuality and reliability
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications
- Limited experience in construction or carpentry preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different work environments
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
