Gold Buyer – Entry Level

We are seeking professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Gold Buyer . No industry experience is required—we will provide full training for the right candidate.

In this role, you will work directly with guests to evaluate and purchase gold and other precious metals. You’ll ensure every customer receives a respectful, honest, and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers interested in selling gold or jewelry
• Carefully examine items using provided tools and training
• Accurately record and process transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace
• Follow all company procedures to ensure ethical and transparent service

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and handling transactions
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
