KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Leadership: Lead design development and documentation; maintain design integrity while ensuring technical accuracy.

Project Coordination: Work closely with PMs to manage project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.

Technical Execution: Develop and oversee construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD; ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.

Mentorship: Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and communicate design intent and progress effectively.

Construction Administration: Support during CA phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Architect with 5+ years' experience or
  
• 8+/- years of related experience required.
• Proficient in Revit required.
• AutoCAD a plus but not required.
  
• LEED Accreditation is desirable.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver license along with a driving record acceptable to Paradigm Design's insurance provider.
