We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gibraltar, MI. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will leverage your expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles and Blueprint Reading to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement. **Responsibilities

**

• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff on best practices and new processes.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive improvements.

**Qualifications

**

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
