Director Corporate Rehabilitation Services
- Develops and implements a PM&R organization plan to ensure that services provided are the best value in health care as defined by quality outcomes and cost.
- Demonstrates understanding and competence in all areas of Evidence-Based Leadership including leader rounding, thank you notes, stoplight reports, 30/90 day conversations, leadership development institutes, linkage grids, skills validation, AIDET and High-Middle-Low conversations.
- Develops, interprets and administers service line policies, procedures, protocols, rules, regulations, and instructions.
- Plans and administers directly or through manager/supervisor personnel, the effective management and delivery of PM&R services in accordance with all hospital, system and regulatory agency standards.
- Promotes a positive engaging work environment for Directors and Managers, students, and patients.Mentors or coaches direct reports to ensure a patient-centered approach.
- Graduate of a degree program in physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech/language pathology or registered nurse for inpatient rehab.
- Current state license in field.
- Five years’ experience in a hospital rehab, outpatient clinic or related medical facility in a leadership role.
- Three years’ experience in an inpatient rehabilitation program in leadership role for the director inpatient rehabilitation program.
- Advanced degree in related business or administration field.
- BLS certification.
