Laundry Attendant
Job Summary
Welcome customers to the laundromat & makes sure they have a positive experience. Show people how to operate the machines if they came to do their own laundry. Check in orders from customers who prefer to have us do their laundry. Process these Wash, Dry & Fold orders according to our standard procedures. Help clean & maintain the laundromat.
General Accountabilities
- Make sure customers have a positive experience.
- Show people how to operate the washers & dryers
- Check customer orders in & out correctly
- Process Wash, Dry & Fold orders according to standard procedures.
- Help clean & maintain the laundromat.

Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: On-the-job training provided, but previous customer service, cleaning & laundry experience is very helpful.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication is essential
- Active attentive listening is very important
- Basic computer literacy required
