Jason McBride - State Farm Agency is hiring a full-time Office Manager in Union City, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organization, leadership, and communication skills who wants to manage a busy, fast-paced insurance office.

Insurance industry experience or a license is a plus, but not required. Were looking for someone who can lead day-to-day operations, support the sales team, and ensure exceptional service to our customers.

What Youll Do

• Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and team coordination
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors
• Support sales agents with paperwork, policy updates, and customer follow-ups
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in meeting team goals
• Handle HR, compliance, and administrative tasks
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products

What Were Looking For

• Professional, detail-oriented, and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in office management, customer service, or team coordination
• Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Insurance license is a plus, but not required
