Position: Food Packaging Team Member

Become a pivotal player in our packaging process as a Food Packaging Team Member. Your vital role ensures our products are meticulously packaged and primed for distribution, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

What You'll Learn:

• Packaging Precision: Master the safe and efficient packaging of a variety of meat products, including smoked sausage, jerky, and retail items.
• Operational Excellence: Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality during the packaging process.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks and promptly report any deviations to supervisors.
• Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a pristine and safe work environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Machinery Mastery: Operate, clean, and maintain high tech packaging machinery and production equipment.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with team members, meeting production deadlines effectively.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities and production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Packaging Exposure: Previous experience in food packaging or production environments is preferred but will train.
• Food Safety Insight: Grasp basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical Resilience: Stand for extended periods,7-9 hours and confidently lift up to 35-40 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Embrace detail-oriented work that maintains quality and consistency.
• Team Contribution: Excel as a team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Fast-Paced Proficiency: Thrive in a high-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Work in a cooler enviorment of 45-50 degree temps. You will be peeling layers off as you jump into your day
