Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 setting in West Branch, MI, serving students in the Roscommon, MI area. This contract position runs from the start of the school year through the end of the school year, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 45 to 50 students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. The role involves utilizing an IEP system with training provided, working primarily in dedicated therapy spaces, and participating in paid team meetings and administrative time. The position may have itinerant travel between schools as needed.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and credentials
• Experience working with a broad age range of school-aged children (PreK-12)
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational staff and families
• Commitment to providing evidence-based therapy services and supporting student progress
