About the Position
Job Title: Cardiovascular Intensive Care RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900-0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of experience License: Current RN State License Certifications: - Advanced Certification in CPI - NIHSS Stroke Certification - ACLS - BLS Must-Have: - Advanced assessment skills in Critical Care - Competency in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Description: We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Intensive Care RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in CVICU. Candidates must hold required certifications and demonstrate advanced assessment skills. The role involves providing specialized care to patients in a high-acuity setting. All staff must complete mandatory training and assessments relevant to critical care. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate competency in basic cardiac arrhythmias and medication safety protocols. This position requires strong communication and collaboration abilities within a healthcare team.
