TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care across healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for RNs with leadership experience who excel in critical decision-making and hospital administration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily hospital operations
- Ensure proper staffing levels by managing schedules and reallocating resources as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for nursing concerns, patient care issues, and emergency situations
- Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Monitor and enforce hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Address patient and family concerns , ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Conduct staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Assist with crisis management and emergency response during critical situations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and emergency situations
