Responsibilities

• Address patient and family concerns , ensuring prompt resolution of issues
• Conduct staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Assist with crisis management and emergency response during critical situations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and emergency situations
