Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions, including hourly production staff and skilled technicians.
• Provide employee relations support, conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and administering disciplinary actions.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support and workers' compensation claims.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA requirements specific to manufacturing.
• Facilitate performance management processes, supporting managers in goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of plant-specific safety programs and initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability in employee relations, recruitment for diverse roles (including production and skilled trades), and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Experience with safety program management or OSHA compliance
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting a multi-shift or 24/7 operation
