Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems tailored to manufacturing productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies within the plant.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs, focusing on safety, skills enhancement, and operational efficiency for the workforce.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including shift differentials and incentive plans, for the manufacturing workforce.
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support production goals and workforce planning initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and compliance specific to manufacturing operations.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition for skilled trades and production roles.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with manufacturing goals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing-specific safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
