Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability and performance of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Implement and manage robust cybersecurity strategies for both corporate IT and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Lead the implementation and integration of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and automation solutions.
• Ensure the integrity, availability, and security of production data for reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and hardware to meet the demands of a high-availability manufacturing environment.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and technology roadmap aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Provide technical support and training to ensure efficient use of manufacturing-specific software and hardware.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing IT systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of implementing and optimizing IT solutions for production environments.
• Expertise in IT security, data governance, and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor IT teams, manage budgets, and foster strategic vendor partnerships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in implementing or optimizing ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Infor LN).
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in an operational technology (OT) environment.
