Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 to $20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• • 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6am - 2pm, $18.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm, $20.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift Sun - Thurs 10pm - 6am, $20.50/hr
  • Overtime may be required daily and/or on weekends to support business needs
• Operate and monitor fabrication machinery (brake presses, saws, sanders, grinders, shearers, drill presses, etc.) efficiently and safely, utilizing metals, oils, and other production materials.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, including angles, tolerances, and dimensions.
• Perform precise measurements using a tape measure and other inspection tools.
• Conduct thorough visual and functional quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in fabrication, machine operation, blueprint reading, tape measure usage, and basic understanding of calibration principles required
• Utilize various hand tools for machine setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to stand majority of shift and be able to frequently reach, bend, and stoop.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
