We're looking for committed people to join our team as a

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual content to support brand and marketing efforts for all TSFR initiatives. This includes digital assets, print collateral, in-store signage, promotional materials, and product photography. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

Primary Duties:

• Design and produce creative content for TSFR and all brand materials
• Support daily email blasts, digital campaigns, and in-store marketing efforts
• Develop assets for website, social media, and promotional channels
• Assist with photography and light photo editing
• Brainstorm and present fresh design concepts aligned with brand standards
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment with campaign calendars
• Maintain consistency in branding across all visual touchpoints
• Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and external vendors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Organize and archive creative assets for easy retrieval
• Assist with vendor coordination, print specs, and proof approvals
• Contribute to budgeting processes for creative and production expenses
• Support team on event-related collateral and visual merchandising
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a mid-level design role

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, XD)
• Familiarity with Canva and other quick-edit platforms
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience preparing assets for both print and digital output
• Working knowledge of design best practices for web, email, and social media
• Basic photography and photo-editing experience
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Understanding of brand marketing or experience in multi-unit restaurant environments
• Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for email and web design
