Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement hazard control measures.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams and environmental permits.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera).
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting frameworks.
