At AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc., you will learn time tested methods for manufacturing excellence. You will see in action, principles of Lean Manufacturing, and the renowned Toyota Production System. You will gain valuable skills, and an understanding of the most technologically advanced part of an automobile the automatic transmission.
You will learn how to disassemble, inspect component parts, and/or assemble transmissions.
You will be trained in the use of specialty tools and gages.
You will learn how to use our state-of-the-art computer system for work instructions, to ensure the highest possible quality.
You will have the opportunity to grow with our company, as you continue to increase your knowledge of our products and operations.
