Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve production problems.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with data analysis tools and process simulation software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena).
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and/or SCADA system configuration.
• Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process optimization).
