Service Mechanic

Job description:

Chet's Rent-all is seeking high-energy individuals to build our team of talented rental professionals.

Ideal candidates possess the ability to control repair, inventory, & labor costs through proper diagnostics. Workloads are expected to be managed independently & ensure the quality, compliance & safety of Chet's Rent-All assets.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose & repair all forms of rental equipment & tools.
• Initiate, maintain, & complete work orders, as well as log equipment in & out of the shop through Chet's proprietary software.
• Take pride in your workplace by sustaining a well-organized, effective space that contributes to a positive & constructive rental equipment repair process.
• Consistent, regular, & reliable attendance, including being ready for work at the designated start time.
• Transport, deliver, & retrieve assorted construction & heavy equipment when required.
• Successfully completed corporate training & assist in training multiple new staff members according to company standards.
• Comply with the OSHA & company's safety standards, policies, & procedures.
• Minor facilities repair & maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch or Fleet Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.

Skills:

• Computer literacy.
• Must have established Mechanic experience.

• 7 AM.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Experience:

• Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred).
