Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and continuously improve the end-to-end value stream for assigned product families.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks within the value stream.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to throughput, lead time, quality, and cost.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize material flow, information flow, and customer order fulfillment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the value stream.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and product development to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive operational excellence.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively to achieve value stream objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated success in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and production planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced analytics and AI applications in manufacturing
• - Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their implementation
• - Proven track record in developing and mentoring cross-functional teams
