Construction Management Internship Opportunity - Traverse City, MI

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the dynamic world of construction management? Miller-Davis Company is looking for driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Construction Management Interns. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that shape communities.

As an Intern, you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the onsite management of construction projects from start to finish. You’ll:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Managers
• Assist in supervising jobsite activities
• Communicate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Suppliers
• Coordinate contractor schedules and material deliveries
• Monitor job costs and project timelines
• Ensure top-notch quality control on-site
• Integrate shop drawings and product data into operations
• Help manage change orders and documentation
• Uphold Miller-Davis’s safety standards and regulations

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)
• A passion for construction and a desire to learn and grow
