We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for an entry-level General Labor position in Reading, MI. The role involves handling and working with 20lb propane cylinders as part of daily duties. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm will occasionally work until 4:30pm
• Unload 20-pound propane cylinders from delivery vehicles or storage areas.
• Inspect cylinders for damage, leaks, or defects.
• Scrape cylinders to remove any dirt, rust, or residue.
• Hang cylinders securely for processing or storage.
• Sleeve cylinders with protective coverings as required.
• Palletize cylinders safely and efficiently for shipping or storage.

General Labor Qualifications:

• Entry-Level
• Attention to detail for thorough inspections.
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds repetitively.
• Able to work overtime and weekends during the busy months.
• High school diploma and/or GED required
• Steel toe boots/shoes are required.
• Required to wear 100% cotton pants and long-sleeve shirt.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
