Data Analyst | Rochester Hills
The Data Analyst role outlines the technical, business, and planning responsibilities, emphasizing areas like pricing, inventory management, and efficiency improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oracle Master Items: Engineering and commercial items.
- Import/Export Codes: Classify new and existing parts utilizing HTS/ECCN Codes.
- Customer Pricing: Establish pricing for standard and custom items and add pricing to the corresponding price lists.
- Service Reports: Review service reports and manage changes in the item master.
- International Shipping: Develop import/export codes for materials.
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Create custom reports and analysis for Customer Service management and other groups as requested.
- Item Maintenance: Update various fields in Oracle Master Items.
- Backup Functions: Support other PDM functions, including ECO and BOM uploads, transplant robot data processing, and part forecasting.
- Technical Assistance: Assist FANUC groups with item identification, revisions, availability, alternatives, and BOMs.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Associate Degree in Data Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Familiarity with part numbering, revision control, BOM structures, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Standards: Knowledge of ISO standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum three years in administrative support for robotic automation or similar applications.
- Courses: HTSUS and/or ECCN classification or corporate experience.
- Technical Skills: SQL report writing, statistics, forecasting methods, Oracle ERP system knowledge.
