Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of production associates to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet targets and deadlines.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Identify and address production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting best practices.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, production status, and concerns.
• Conduct regular performance feedback and contribute to employee development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team of production employees.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving production issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with team members, management, and other departments.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Experience with production scheduling, workflow management, and performance monitoring.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES)
