Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits of products and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and audits.
• Oversee resolution of customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Proficiency with specific enterprise-level Quality Management Software (QMS) systems
• Experience implementing or managing quality systems in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
