Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO items, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for manufactured goods.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, material shortages, and logistics challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Demonstrated experience in international sourcing, logistics, or global supply chain management.
• Proficiency with supply chain analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and decision support.
