The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, including ISO certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits, performance monitoring, and incoming material inspection.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints and non-conformances.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific industry regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with advanced QMS or ERP software platforms.
• Lead Auditor certification for relevant ISO standards.
• Advanced statistical analysis and data visualization skills.
