- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Purchasing to align technical decisions with cost, timing, and investment priorities.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights and report to senior leadership to support fast, informed decisions.
- Design, improve, and scale financial systems, tools, and processes that increase transparency, speed, and discipline across product development.
- Challenge assumptions, surface tradeoffs early, and ensure capital is deployed where it drives the most value.
| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years of financial planning and analysis experience. Experience in product development finance preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
