Production analyst
Job Summary
Schneiderman and Sherman, P.C., a leading Creditors’ Rights Law Firm specializing in the Default Servicing Industry, is seeking an experienced CaseAware Production Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the CaseAware Case Management System, with a focus on coding, sequencing, and optimizing workflows to support foreclosure, bankruptcy, and default servicing processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient case management, compliance with industry regulations, and seamless integration with client requirements in the creditors’ rights and default servicing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain coding and sequencing processes within the CaseAware Case Management System to support foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and other default servicing workflows.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to analyze business needs and implement customized CaseAware solutions tailored to creditors’ rights and default servicing requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CaseAware system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to case management operations and adherence to strict timelines in the default servicing process.
- Optimize CaseAware workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with client-specific protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., CFPB, state-specific foreclosure laws).
- Provide training and ongoing support to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on CaseAware functionalities, ensuring effective use of the system in managing default servicing cases.
- Document system configurations, processes, and updates to maintain compliance with audit requirements and support client reporting needs in the default servicing industry.
- Assist in integrating CaseAware with third-party platforms commonly used in the default servicing industry, such as loan servicing systems and client portals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with coding, sequencing, and workflow optimization in the CaseAware Case Management System, preferably within a creditors’ rights or default servicing environment.
- Strong understanding of creditors’ rights law and default servicing processes, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, and loss mitigation workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues within CaseAware and ensuring system reliability under high-volume case demands.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet client-specific and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with legal professionals, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements (e.g., FDCPA, RESPA, TILA) and client-driven protocols in default servicing is a plus.
