Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock levels.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce handling time, and maximize space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, hazardous material handling procedures, and company policies.
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs related to labor, equipment, supplies, and utilities.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for incoming and outgoing goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation
• Forklift operator certification or training experience
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques like ABC analysis or cycle counting
• Experience with a specific ERP system relevant to manufacturing
