Full-Time | 1st Shift (6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday)
$19/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Collect in-process, finished product, raw material, and miscellaneous samples from multiple locations throughout the company complex.
- Transport samples safely and accurately
- Respond to sample pickup requests using a paging system and manage multiple time-sensitive requests throughout the day.
- Log samples into Amway’s Quality Assurance data system ( LIMS ) with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify sample information, ensure proper labeling, and deliver samples to the appropriate testing or storage locations.
- Perform minimal verification or basic testing as required.
- Maintain organization and prioritize tasks to meet turnaround time expectations.
- Follow all safety, documentation, and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license with the ability to drive
- Basic computer skills and comfort working in data systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests throughout the day.
- Science coursework or a science-related degree is preferred but not required .
