Service Advisor
Benzie Express Lube and Tire in Benzonia MI is under new ownership with K&R Tire. We're looking for a Service Advisor to lead our front desk operations. If you're customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and manage the front lobby
Provide tire quotes and mechanical job estimates
Schedule appointments for tire and mechanic services
Answer phones, input customer and vehicle information
Coordinate with the shop team for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic mechanical knowledge (we will train the right person)
Computer skills (training provided)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and use stairs multiple times daily
- Medical, Dental, and Vision
