Your responsibilities

• Monitor drying equipment including dryers, fluid beds, bag houses and bulk transport systems
• Troubleshoot equipment associated with the drying process
• Perform duties associated with bulk material handling
• Make sanitary connections for all DCIP, TCIP, COP and other forms of cleaning
• Perform chemical tests and maintain day tank levels
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance of drying equipment
• Disassemble and assemble various machinery
• Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation
• Collect samples from bulk and kraft bags
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Be able to use independent judgment and work well on a team

The experience we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
• Previous experience in a food processing department a plus
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

US salary ranges

Starting pay $24/hour

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
