Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and optimize the end-to-end value stream for key product families.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve quality, and lower costs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to eliminate waste and maximize value.
• Develop and mentor team members within the value stream to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to support value stream objectives and strategic goals.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business strategy and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced simulation and modeling software
• - Proven track record in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies
• - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization strategies
