Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, including scheduling and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and personnel conflicts.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and cross-functional interaction

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety leadership training.
• Prior experience supervising in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce.
