Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, including new hire onboarding, skill development, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate training schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
• Assess training needs across all manufacturing departments and identify skill gaps.
• Source, select, and manage external training providers and resources as needed.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, measuring ROI and impact on key performance indicators.
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress.
• Ability to analyze training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs
• - Proficiency in developing and delivering e-learning modules and virtual training sessions
• - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design
• - Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or other production software relevant to training delivery
