Opportunity: Become an Assistant Store Manager at Country Smoke House and manage retail activities, high concentration on training and coaching our team members. You while assist in the operations of our retail store selling our homemade smoked & specialty meats. Your role is vital for daily functions and profitability.

Role Summary:

● Support Store Manager in managing grocery, deli, smoked and fresh meat counter, and retail operaions.
* Large role in training, continuous coaching and communication for team success.
* Continuous development of training, coaching and communication roles.
* Scheduling team members for work shifts.

● Assist in Driving daily functions for efficiency of production, service and profitability.

● Assisting in interdepartmental growth and communications for success.

Responsibilities:

● Implement operating procedures for a clean, well-stocked store.

● Enhance shopping experience in relation to team and customer relations.

● Assist in training, coaching and managing for excellent service, efficiency and productivity.

● Oversee daily customer interactions, sales processes, adjust to promote better functionality.

● Collaborate on scheduling, assignments, and communication.

● Ensure safety, health, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as Manager, leader, training and coaching.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills.

● Positive & enthusiastic personality with respect for others.

● Computer savy in word and Excel is beneficial.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

● Flexibility for shifts, open hours between 8am-7:30pm.
