Automotive Technician – A or B Level

Grawn, Michigan
Monday – Friday | Full-Time
Earning Potential: $40K – $120K (Based on experience and certifications)
Weekly Pay | Flexible Pay Structure | Tool Relocation Covered

We're a busy, full-service, family-friendly shop in Grawn, MI, known for quality, integrity, and taking care of our technicians. We're looking for skilled A or B-Level Technicians who can handle everything from basic maintenance to complex diagnostics. Position Levels & Pay

• Experience : 10+ years

• Hourly Pay : $38.50 to $56.80

• Annual Range : $85,000 – $120,000

• Specialties : Heavy diagnostics, advanced repairs

• Expectations : Start-to-finish jobs, top-level tech skills, estimating

• Experience : 3+ years

• Annual Range : $40,000 – $65,000

• Tasks : Brakes, suspension, timing kits, general maintenance, basic diagnostics

• Expectations : Must be versatile, work on a variety of vehicles, complete jobs independently

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform a wide range of repairs on domestic and import vehicles

• Handle diagnostics, repairs, and full job completion

• Write accurate estimates and service notes

• Maintain clean and organized work environment

• Use shop software for inspections and estimates

• Work as part of a professional, efficient team

Requirements

• 3+ years (B-Level) or 10+ years (A-Level) experience

• Must have Michigan Mechanic Certified License

• Proven track record of quality work

• Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles

• Clean & valid Driver's License

• Must pass a drug screen

• Computer, reading, and writing skills

• ASE certifications preferred (but not required)

• Professionalism and organization a must
