Salary Range: $130,000 - $181,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production, financial, and growth objectives.
• Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and optimize resource allocation for profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional areas.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across the plant.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and lean principles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
• Strong track record of driving operational excellence, quality, and safety initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Administration (e.g., MBA)
• Experience managing multi-site or international manufacturing operations
