Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and driving financial performance.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and environmental compliance throughout the facility to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Manage equipment maintenance and reliability programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region or supply chain
