Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skills development for the manufacturing workforce.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage scales, shift differentials, and attendance incentives.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and a positive plant culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in employment law (e.g., FLSA, OSHA), employee relations, and talent management specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and employee engagement in a production setting.
• Experience with workforce planning, compensation structures, and developing talent pipelines for skilled trades and production roles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with labor relations or collective bargaining agreements.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Experience in a multi-shift or 24/7 operational environment.
