Position Summary
Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our client base. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business development efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer-focused interactions.
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze sales data, market data, and customer feedback to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and summaries to track progress and communicate findings to the business development team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, within the construction industry, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in the heavy machinery rigging and moving industry is a plus.
