What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Operator , your core responsibilities will include:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.

• Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

• Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and upkeep to ensure optimal performance and safety.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, work effectively with your team, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• CNC machine operation experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)

• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Skills:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of basic machine operation and ability to troubleshoot simple issues helps ensure smooth production.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in measuring and inspecting parts maintains product quality and customer satisfaction.
