Salary Range: $113,000 - $162,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects from concept to production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D to ensure manufacturability and resolve technical issues.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and capital expenditure for new equipment and technologies.
• Develop and implement long-term engineering strategies aligned with production goals and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in all engineering activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, automation, or additive manufacturing
