Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely and effective repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize uptime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control spare parts inventory, and oversee procurement processes.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance for all maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and standard operating procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proven experience leading capital improvement projects.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IIoT technologies.
