Remote Medical Scheduler
As a Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and facilitating communication between families and healthcare providers. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing patient experiences and ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary range of $23,000 - $30,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment focused on professional development and work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner
Manage and update patient records and information
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
Handle inquiries regarding scheduling
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly
Requirements:
Associate degree or relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic health records
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Job Pay is $30-$39 per hour and paid Weekly/Bi Weekly
